Care that starts with clean hands and ends with
GLOWVENUS NAIL SPA LLC welcomes you to its Los Gatos salon at 654 N Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos - 95030-4360, United States (US), where every manicure station is set, dried and checked before the next guest arrives. Alongside the nail care floor, our team runs computer integrated systems design work for independent salons, so a small studio can quote, book and track care notes without paper piles. You can ask the desk for a sitting time → and we will confirm a bench, a soaker and a lamp for you.

A salon desk that reads like a workshop bench
VENUS NAIL SPA LLC is a small business with two sides that share one front desk. The first side is the nail care floor: a row of manicure stations along the windows of 654 N Santa Cruz Ave, each with a washable mat, a fresh towel roll, a covered tool tray and a lamp with a clean bulb cover. The second side is the systems desk, where our designers build booking flows, care note forms and small inventory trackers for salons that want their day to fit on one screen instead of five notebooks.
We think the two sides belong together. A manicure station is a system: a measured soak, a filed edge, a cured coat, a note that says what was used so the next visit starts warmer. The desk writes those steps down, then writes software that keeps the steps in order. Guests feel the difference in small ways, such as a shorter wait, a cleaner bench and a note about which polish shade matched best.
The Los Gatos salon opens with a walk-in window each morning, so you can step in for a polish change, a nail trim or a soak without a long plan. Later in the day the calendar fills with appointment card runs, gel review rounds and longer care sittings where we repair a split edge rather than paint over it. Our team keeps the floor calm by booking stations rather than people, which means no guest is asked to sit at a bench that is still drying.
On the systems desk we help other salons with computer integrated systems design: a booking page that matches their real benches, a care note form that fits on a phone, and a stock sheet that counts wraps, tips, gloves and files before they run out. We keep the language plain, avoid jargon and test every form with the staff who will actually use it during a busy Saturday.
Six appointment card runs, clipped in order on the reception rail
Each card stands for a type of sitting. Widths differ because real bookings differ, and letter marks run V, N, S, L, G, P rather than a tidy sequence.
Service Menu Bays
The menu board that lists each care step with its time and its finish. It sits beside the waiting bench so you can choose before you sit down.
Clear menuAppointment Card Runs
Booked sittings are clipped in time order on the reception rail. The clip position tells the desk which station is free next.
Booked careCare Note Desks
After each sitting we write a short care note covering the shape, the shade and any edge that needs watching, then clip it to your card.
Written recordPolish Change Windows
A short window in the morning for a quick colour swap on bare or lightly coated nails. No soak, no shaping, just a clean finish.
Quick swapGel Review Rounds
A checked look at the cured coat before you leave the station, so a lifted edge is caught at the bench and not a week later.
Checked coatWalk-in Sittings
The open hours each morning when a spare station holds a place for you. Step in, take a number card and we will fit you in.
Open benchCards are stamped with a rose mark when the care note is filed. A full card means the sitting is closed and the station is reset.
Read each service in detail →How a sitting runs from the doorway to the drying bench
A good manicure is a sequence, not a single action. We walk every guest through the same four checkpoints so the station stays predictable and the finish lasts. You can read more about any checkpoint on the services page, and the desk is happy to explain the tools we use before we begin.
Check in at the reception rail
The desk takes your name, a contact number and the card that marks your sitting type. If your chosen station is still drying, we seat you on the bench with a warm towel rather than rush the reset.
Set the station before the soak
We lay a fresh mat, cover the tool tray, fill the soak bowl with warm water and check the lamp for a clean bulb cover. Files and clippers stay in the covered tray until the moment they are used.
Work the edges with care
Shaping happens on dry nails so we can see the true edge. We file in one direction, soften the corner and stop before the nail bed feels thin. If an edge is split, we repair it before any colour goes on.
Finish, review and write the note
The gel review round is a slow look under the lamp from two angles. You check the shine, we check the edge, and the desk writes the care note with the shade number so the next sitting starts where this one ended.
VENUS NAIL SPA LLC opens its walk-in window at the start of every salon day, when the lamps are warm and the first soak bowls are filled for guests who arrive without a booking.
Salon care and systems design, described in plain words
Some guests ask why a nail salon writes software. The answer is simple: our team started on the floor, filling out paper care notes that kept getting lost between the drying bench and the desk. We built a small form that holds the note, the shade and the next visit date, and then we built the same kind of form for other salons. Today the work splits cleanly. The Los Gatos floor takes care of hands, and the systems desk takes care of the tools that hold the records.
Hygiene that can be seen
Towels are single use and go straight into the covered bin. Tools are cleaned and stored in the covered tray between guests. The soak bowl is emptied, rinsed and dried after every sitting, and the lamp cover is swapped when it shows a mark.
Booking that respects the bench
We book the station before we book the person. That single rule removes most waiting and means your drying time is real drying time, not a queue at the door.
Records that follow the guest
A care note records the shape, the shade and the state of the edge. If you return three weeks later, the desk can read the note and the sitting begins at the right place.
Systems that fit the salon
On the design side we build booking pages, care note forms and stock sheets that match a real salon floor. We test with the staff, not just the owner, because the person behind the desk is the one who needs the tool to be quick.
Book a sitting or ask the systems desk a question
You can reach VENUS NAIL SPA LLC by phone at +14849009957, by email at appointments@venusnailspa-lg.com, or in person at the Los Gatos salon. The desk answers questions about the six services, about walk-in hours and about the booking forms we build for other salons. The quickest route is usually a short phone call, because the desk can see the station board while it talks to you.
If you are another salon owner looking for computer integrated systems design help, a short email with your current booking routine is enough to start. We will reply with a plain list of what a first build would contain and what it would not.
